Founded on 1983, the Inter-American Academy of Panama is a small, private and bilingual school with a demanding academic program. The students as of the four years are introduced to the English language like part of the pre-scholastic program. The AIP emphasizes the importance of being able to communicate well in both languages, therefore, Spanish and English are taught as first languages.
The school's mission is to educate and develop the individuals so that they develop in a technological world, multilingual and ever-changing. Like all bilingual and catholic educational institutions, the mission is to offer an education of excellence and quality to guarantee the complete development of its students.
The school's academic year starts in the first week of March and ends in the second week of December.
