
Cochabamba Cooperative School is a non-denominational college-preparatory school which follows an English language, US-style curriculum that caters to American, Bolivian and international students. It was founded in 1954, with teaching based on the Calvert Method of teaching. The academic program includes Early Childhood for 3 and 4 year old children and both an elementary unit (kindergarten through the 6th grade) and secondary unit (7th through 12th grade). The educational philosophy of the school fosters the development of well-rounded students who have clearly defined personal values and are independent and critical thinkers.
The school is recognized by the Bolivian Ministry of Education and accredited by the United States Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
