Strasbourg International School is a coeducational, English language day school in Strasbourg, France promoting mutual respect, tolerance and understanding among its pupils. The school caters to students aged 3 (prekindergarten) to 16 (middle school) and offers a curriculum that provide equal opportunities and promote harmony between those of different nationalities, cultures and creeds. Instructions are in English. The school makes extensive use of British and North American books and other educational resources. Emphasis is given on English, mathematics, French, sciences, ICT and social sciences as well as arts, music and physical education. Appropriate support is given to students whose first language is not English. An array of extra curricular activities are also laid out to supplement the academic courses including guitar lessons, chess, football, rugby, art, cooking, cricket, web design and cycling.
