The St. Gilgen International School is a new day and boarding school for students 12-18 years due to open in September 2008. In the first year grades 6-10 will be available, adding grades 11 and 12 in successive years. The academic programme will be committed to the framework of the International Baccalaureate Middle Years and Diploma Years programme and will seek IBO authorization immediately after opening in September 2008. The school's mission is to offer motivated and talented students a balanced and challenging international education in a modern learning environment.
