Established under patronage of the Embassy of Pakistan in January, 1968 with 20 students, the Pakistan Embassy International School now has about 150 children enrolled from as many as 16 nationalities. In the span of 30 years, the school has given highly sastifying results, and many of its children have gained admission to the best educational institutions all over the world. PES is an English medium school organized on the latest teaching methods and techniques at individual and group levels. A Board of Governors has been constituted to oversee the functioning of the school covering the entire spectrum of its educational, administrative, and financial activities.The Chairman of Board Governors is the Ambassador of Pakistan in Jakarta and its members include the Director, the Principal,Officials of the Embassy, and parent representatives. The term of office of nominated members is 2 years.
