
Parkwood School International is a co-educational residential school located about 60 km from Hyderabad. Founded in 2003, Parkwood provides a complete and contemporary educational experience for Hyderabad's chidren. The school is equipped with a three-tier Academic Block of 60,000 square feet which has 48 spacious classrooms, each of 650 square feet on every floor. The Halls of Residence comprise of activity/utility rooms on the ground floors and on the upper floors. All the dormitories are very well ventilated and completely meshed for insect proofing. Nearly 12 acres of the school area is devoted to sports such as basketball, football, cricket, tennis, swimming, skating and cycling. There is a large central dining hall which can accommodate 450 people at a time with an adjoining see-through kitchen.
The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), University of Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A and students opt for these curriculum at grade 8 in a comprehensive learning environment, with personal freedom and a wide range of non-academic activities.
