The International Academy of Beijing is a Christian school located in the heart of Beijing, China. The school serves the children of expatriate community in Beijing, not only those involved in faith-based non-profit work in China, but also diplomats, businessmen and educators. IAB was formed in 1999, but moved to its present campus in the Lido complex during the summer of 2003 and have experienced considerable growth since that time. It offers curriculum for Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 10. The school is accredited with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and is currently pursuing accreditation with the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) expected to be completed within the next 12 months.
IAB's mission is to provide a strong, enriched academic program centered in biblical values, which inspires and empowers students to embrace wisdom, excellence, personal integrity and responsible world citizenship.
