
International School Moshi is a boarding and day school on two campuses in Moshi and Arusha in northern Tanzania. Established in 1969 to serve the needs of the expatriate and local communities, the school has grown to provide a fully accredited international education for children from age 3 to age 19. With about 500 students divided between two campuses and from 45 different nationalities, the school is able to provide a broad range of educational offerings whilst maintaining a high standard of individual care. The Moshi campus offers a full range of courses from Pre-K to IB Diploma Programme while the Arusha campus offers courses from Pre-K to Grade 10 and IGCSE. Kindergarten level to grade 8 follow an English-based curriculum in an African and international perspective; grades 9 to 10 follow the IGCSE courses while grades 11 to 12 follow the IB programme where most graduates attend colleges in UK or American universities.
The two campuses boasts of modern academic amenities and facilities including libraries, computer laboratories, art rooms, music rooms, science labs and a wide range of sports facilities. Moshi has boarding facilities with small purpose-built units where students share study-bedrooms.
